The racetrack is arguably the most important part of the Webb Carroll Training Center. We offer a 7/8 mile irrigated dirt track, a ¾ mile turf gallop and a ½ mile wooded track.. The Webb Carroll Team is very particular about the track; we work the track every two to three sets. We want to provide a good, level surface for every horse to train on. This helps prevent injuries to the horses while training.

The Training Center offers an eight horse Equigym Exerciser. This machine is enclosed, has a roof, and is used when the track conditions are not suitable for training, and on Sundays.
We have a variety of different barns here at the Training Center. The main barn is a 32 stall block barn that is attached to the office, which was in place when the farm was purchased from Odie Clelland. We have added an additional five barns that provide thehorses with a more friendly and open design.
Webb Carroll Training Center features complete veterinarian services provided by Drs. Jamie Carter and Tom Stinner of Southern Equine Service.
Complete farrier services provided by Keith Crawford.
Keith Crawford has been shoeing race horses since 1971. Keith has worked at many racetracks; Belmont, Saratoga and
Delaware Park to name a few.
He uses only state of the art equipment, including motion analysis video. The video is
used to detect conformation issues. These issues can then be addressed and corrective procedure started. Keith is up-to-date
on all of the latest equipment, methods and procedures. He is available 24/7. Webb Carroll Training Center feels very fortunate
to have such a competent farrier.
